This year there are very important news regarding accomodation. We made an agreement with the Municipal Service of Rimini Reservation, which will make much more easier to book your rooms for Paganello 2012. Right in the home page you will find the booking form (more info below), leading you to your favorite hotel page with all the info you may need. Also payment will be much easier, since you’ll be able to pay directly in the hotel. We worked a lot to improve this service for you and we hope you will enjoy it! But we have one very important request: Paganello is suffering more and more for big budget cuts and the risk for the existence itself is more and more real every year. So please, be fair and use this system for your accomodation. We hope you recognize our value and that you will act as we all deserved.
What’s Rimini Reservation?
The Municipality of Rimini has decided to manage the muninicipal service Information and Touristic Welcome (IAT) trough a public-private partnership as prescrived by regional law (7/2003). On 7 december 2006 the company came into effect taking the management of municipal Touristic Information Offices (IAT).
Rimini Reservation was established to optimize the service rendered to the guests by unifying in a single location tourist information and hotel promotion.
These are the activities of Rimini Reservation offices:
• Tourist Information and Welcome
• handling of complaints
• collection of statistical tables about receptivity (tavola A)
• constant monitoring of IAT contacts
• computerized management of the aichive mail-customer
• contact management for the loyalty of our guest
• surveys on tourism development
• hotel bookings
• sale of tickets for events,thematic Parks, transport
• sale of gadgets
