BASIC STEPS
0) Here all the basic informations (what, where, when, categories, food, etc.)
1) Choose an accomodation/fee option from below and how many nights you want to stay
2) Send Claudio an e-mail with the package you prefer and the total you pay
3) Pay all the player’s fees by March 20th (by transferring the money to the bank account)
4) E-mail Claudio or fax us the receipt of the payment by March 20th to confirm you have transferred the money.
Please note that your reservations become definitive only when we get your receipt: it’s the payment that counts, not the simple e-mail. Everything will be managed on a “first come, first served” basis.
DEADLINES
A) After March 20th (i.e.: we don’t get your receipt by this day):
- any payment will be penalized at a rate of 10% of each single player’s fee
- a player withdrawing from the tournament will receive a refund of 75% of the player’s fee paid
- any player can be replaced by another one without loosing any money after proper communication of the names of the two persons involved
B) After March 25th, including during the tournament (i.e.: if we don’t get your receipt by this day):
- any payment will be penalized at a rate of 30% of each single player’s fee
- we cannot guarantee to arrange accommodation anymore
- a player withdrawing from the tournament will receive a refund of 30% of the player’s fee paid (50% in case of injury)
- it is not possible anymore to replace a player with another one
ACCOMODATION OPTIONS (the package including hotel and breakfasts)
4-day package: the package including 4 nights (Thu-Fri, Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun, Sun-Mon); the games start on Friday and end on Sunday
5-day package: the package including 5 nights and 5 parties (same as above plus Mon-Tue night and Monday night party)
No accommodation option: the package including everything except for the hotel and the breakfasts
Non-player (guest): a person who pays and gets free access to parties, facilities and food&drink tickets, but who does/can not play
IMPORTANT DETAILS
You can also specify which kind of room you want (double, 3-bed, single). Double room means a room with a matrimonial bed. The sooner you pay, the more are your chances to get exactly what you want. The hotels in Italy are not like the American ones (example) where you can book a room and squeeze as many people as you want. The hotels charge and count the people, not the room.
The Beach Welcome Party is scheduled on Thursday night (April 1st), so the four nights included in each accommodation option are:
1) Thu (April 1st) – Fri
2) Fri – Sat
3) Sat – Sun
4) Sun – Mon (April 5th)
The fifth night included in the 5-day package is the Mon-Tue night.

Every Player Package includes:
- 4 days of breathless beach freestyle
- 3 days of world class competition with huge crowd, lots of photographers and TV exposition
- 4 parties, included the huge Welcome Party on Thursday night, with free red wine and spaghetti, concerts, music, shows and lots of young people from all around the world
- Paga-Gift
- tournament magazine and tournament daily newspapers
- free water on the field, e-mail, first aid and other facilities right on the beach
- access to the food&drink point to buy food cheaply with tickets
The 5-day package also includes a 5th party.
